All NIBOSI watches come with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and flaws in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or accidents is not covered. For repairs outside the warranty period, we offer professional servicing services at fair prices.

What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your watch. The watch must be in its original packaging, with all original packaging and documents. Return shipping is free. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 5-7 business days. Watches that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned. For repairs or exchanges, please contact our customer service.
