Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.

In case of defects, you have the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If subsequent performance fails, you may, at your discretion, reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

Manufacturer's warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a manufacturer's warranty on our watches in accordance with the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excluded are damages caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., wristbands, lenses, batteries), and damages caused by unauthorized modifications.

The warranty is void if repairs are carried out by unauthorized workshops.

Exclusions and limitations

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
